Early Bronco

Drained my batteriy

So yes, bronco sport is the first vehicle I’ve ever owned with a push button starter and until recently I didn’t even know how to put it in accessory mode, but one thing I did notice is that button is a hair trigger you barely have to touch it for things to happen.
Day before yesterday, I drove to work and while I was parking my car, I accidentally pressed the button without my foot on the break so I realized it was an accessory mode and I restarted it and turned it off again and I got out…

Fuel Leak

Just wondering if anyone else has had a fuel leak in their BS. I have a 2021 OB with 29,000 miles on it and after driving around town and then parking in the garage, I noticed a strong smell of gas with leakage on the floor. The gas mingled with the snow melting on the floor of the garage so not sure where it’s coming from…I’m in Minnesota and snow tracks in all the time. It’s been at the dealer for the past few days and still waiting to get an answer.

Back To Work Reset Challenge:What’s the Worst to Clean? (Poll + Tips + Prizes)
Alright y’all…
Back-to-work season is officially here, but let’s be real — some of our cars are still stuck in holiday mode 😅
If your interior looks like it survived a road trip, winter weather, and a full-on snack war… you’re not alone.
After the holidays, motivation is low, daylight is short, and a deep interior clean feels like an all-day commitment.
So instead of pretending we’ve got it together, let’s make this a no-judgement reset thread.
Show us the mess or show us the comeback.

A Classic Turns 60…

This being an automotive forum, I thought it would be appropriate to remind everyone of one of the all-time great racing films Grand Prix. Released in 1966, I saw it first run in the theater, the first movie I saw on my own. Also the first (and only) film that I inadvertently walked out on–not knowing about intermissions at that age. Took me another ten years or more before I had a chance to see the complete movie…

Ford Dealership refusing to repair active recalls.

I have 5 active recalls on my Bronco Sport that I purchased in early 2022.

I called the dealership today (Patchogue, NY) and spoke to someone who told me that recalls were no longer going to be repaired unless it was a “Customer Satisfaction issue” where a customer called in complaining of an issue. They then told me that any Ford dealership on the island would handle “recalls” this way.

They then asked me to explain one of the recalls and told me it was already repaired. After checking…

Anyone install Fitcamx?

Has anyone installed a Fitcamx 4K car cam in their BS? These are supposed to look OEM for various car models and just replaces a plastic piece in front of the mirror.
