Fender flares recommendations + Door Side Sill Molding (Badlands 2026)
I’m starting to look into exterior mods for my 2026 Bronco Sport Badlands and wanted to get some feedback from those who already went down this path.
At the moment, “I’ve already decided” on the door side sill molding trims. I’m planning to go with these:

Anyone run 5w-30
Anyone running 5w-30 in warm environments? My other two Fords run 5w-30. Hate buying that 6th quart of 5w-20 for the 1.5 oil change and prefer to just keep 5w-30 on hand for all vehicles.
If I had kids…
or even a wife that went places with me (her health makes her homebound unfortunately) I would not have a BS. It’s just me, a bike, and camping gear. It is soooo small inside.
2021 Bronco Sport USB-C Port Failing – Dealer Can’t Fix (Even Under Warranty)
Looking to see if anyone else has dealt with this or has any advice.
My USB-C port in my 2021 Bronco Sport is basically failing. I have to physically “jimmy” the cable to get a connection, and right now I’ve got duct tape wedged under it just to keep it working (pic attached). Pretty frustrating for a vehicle this new.
What’s more frustrating—I have an extended warranty, and the dealership still hasn’t been able to fix it. They keep telling me it’s my phone, but that doesn’t…

21 bronco sport error power train malfunction
Any1 see this yet error power train malfunction-gear selected will engage at low speed. So reverse light blinks will not move in reverse a lot of sputters in drive. went to go to work wrench light on and engine light on 21 sport with 46kmiles. dropped off at dealer a block away. Brand new battery maybe a month ago done at dealer also has had recent program update recall done. Have seen a few post online but nothing saying what was found on issue. was wondering if anyone has had this same…

AGM battery
I’ve seen it posted that some recommend moving to an AGM battery. Is this an attempt to mitigate the auto shut down? If you replace, do have to conduct a battery reset of sorts to let the vehicle know it has a new battery?
O2 Sensor(s) Replacement
I’ve been looking through this forum and haven’t found anything… has anyone personally changed their O2 sensors (specifically bank 1)? If so how did you go about it? I know it’s really tight down where they are. I’ve seen some people take this in to be covered under warranty, which is unfortunately not applicable to me (62k miles and only have 100k drive terrain warranty left, which I don’t believe this is covered under).
I was already quoted by a local shop >$1k to replace both…

Maybe we can get a Master Thread where people can post pics and experiences with different brand trunk tents. We sleep in the back, but looking for a living room space for this summer.
Anybody install a dash camera?
I have installed a couple myself. I found that tucking the wires / removing panels to be the only issues. I will run the power off the OBD connection.
Has anyone here installed a dash camera themselves? I am trying to see how difficult it was to tuck the wiring….and what was the most difficult part for you?
