FYI: 2025+ Badlands New 2.0L MPC engine, new oil filter part# FL-2127
This may be old news but I hadn’t seen it mentioned anywhere and I nearly bought the wrong filters.
The 2025 Bronco Sport Badlands features an updated 2.0L EcoBoost engine, transitioning from the previous “Dragon” series to new Modular Power Cylinder (MPC) specifications for improved performance. So not surprisignly it uses a different oil filter than the previous 2.0L Dragon engine. the MPC engine uses Ford part number FL-2127 filters, NOT the 2.0L FL910S filter from the Dragon 2.0L

My 2025 Bronco Sport Big Bend Black Diamond had an new icon appear in the Apple Car Play Menu. After the most recent update this appeared. A ford app with a notice of more to come.
