2023 Ford Bronco Sport Continuous issues
From the rear callipers making obnoxious noises when cooler air to two failed water pumps, these issues never seem to end.
I am now going in for my 5th! Time regarding ABS fault /A Christmas tree of lights due to what I thought was a failed speed sensor.

Just wanted to share my experience and see if anyone else is dealing with the mounting number of issues that I am dealing with my 2023 Ford Bronco Sport Outer Banks.

But what do I replace it with?
Rules…
Must be same price range, same features as OB
AWD or 4X4
Must be similar size.
Must not look like all the others
My first choice is naturally aspirated, but that isn’t likely to happen.
No hybrids,.. I don’t drive much, so MPG not important.
My ’22 had lots of issues, all fixed under warranty. And wife and I really like the BS.
I am thinking another BS is…
I have a ’22 BS/ OB that I plan to trade while it still has some power train warranty.
But what do I replace it with?

It then goes into Deep Sleep Mode.
What are the pros and cons of using a trickle charger versus driving it so it uses the alternate to charge the battery ?
I often don’t drive my 2025 Sport for over a week.

What do you think of these custom wraps?
I’ve been wanting to get a wrap so my BS doesn’t look so cookie cutter, but I couldn’t afford a full wrap. Hoping this still creates a nice effect while not breaking the bank (spent approx $800 all in…also included a wrap of the steering wheel plastic trim that matches the center console. The outer wrap also extends above the rear window.
Limp mode at start up
About 10 days ago my wife’s 2023 upon start up went directly to limp mode with a notification that said that the engine was overheating. The temp gauge was pegged. It was about 0* at the time. Luckily I have a 7 year plan and had hauled to the dealer. They couldn’t find the problem and just reset it. Lasted 5 days. It was below zero again this morning and it has done it again. Has anyone else had this happen? I’m thinking that the battery is not providing enough power when it’s cold and the…

Engine Swap Project: 2025 Bronco Sport
I bought a 1.5L 3-cylinder EcoBoost engine from a 2021–2024 Bronco Sport, but it has a different wiring and tubing layout compared to my 2025 model. Mechanically, it looks like it could fit, but I’m not sure if the electronics, sensors, and ECU will be compatible.
Has anyone tried swapping a 2021–2024 engine into a 2025 Bronco Sport? Will the ECU accept it, or are there issues with wiring/harness differences?
Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated…
