Dealership says CV Axle going out and told me it’s not covered under powertrain warranty

Dealership says CV Axle going out and told me it’s not covered under powertrain warranty
Not sure why dealership is telling me it’s not covered under warranty, I found items on the website covered under powertrain warranty. 2021 big bend with 53k miles, warranty expires in 2 months. Never have taken it off roading, no specific instance of hitting anything as well.

Feedback on Alpine Loop

Hey All,

Wife and I are heading out to Colorado this summer for a few days and was hoping to tackle the Alpine Loop while there. Was hoping to get some feedback/advice from any members who have done this trail/sections of it.

From reading/researching it seems the majority of the trail should be doable, with the main issues being Mineral Creek and Engineer Pass and this mainly due to Ground clearance and lack of a low range in the Bronco Sport.

To mitigate some of this concern, I do have…

Steering Issue

Steering Issue
Most of the time my BS/BL has nicely weighted steering. However, mostly at highway speed and on turns, the steering cuts out momentarily. Just a couple of seconds where there is no feeling and I can move the wheel with no response. Anyone else out there? Ford service is my next stop. :frown:

BS Niggles

Minor, but annoying. 1. I went out of my way to get a red BS, yet I have to look at a blue one on my info screen. Any way to change it? For 45K, Ford could be accommodating. 2. Who was in charge of the rear wiper switch? On my 2013 Mazda, I have a rotating know the controls the rear wiper. It took forever and the owners manual to even find this one. Six months in, I still have trouble figuring it out. 3. The big hump on the rear hatch. I know why it is there and what it does, but…

Introduction.

I could not find an introduction thread so I decided to post one here in the photos section. I am 60, married 36 years from Va Beach Virginia. I original went to a Ford dealer to test drive a mustang and to convince my wife I needed one. However, at age 60, I actually convinced myself a mustang would not make a good daily driver. The getting in and out would be just too much. My wife point out the Broncos and asked if I had considered Broncos. I had not given them much serious thought. The…

Great customer service from Tuffskinz

I posted a thread back in early November about adding Tuffskinz black rear tailgate letters to my 2025 white Badlands.

The one issue I had was that the small letter “T” in sport was coming loose on the right side horizontal leg. I believe that chiefthepup had mentioned in the thread that his “T” broke off in the same spot. All the other letters are fine.

I emailed the company on Tuesday asking if I could buy just the letter T instead of the whole set at $60.

They responded within an…

Advice needed please

Hey ya’lll. Need some advice. …
a few months ago the water pump failed on my 2022 bronco sport Outer banks edition and was replaced. ( I had noticed the car was not heating up and then saw the coolant level was completely empty.- no sign of leaks anywhere)
The other day as I was sitting idling in my work parking lot getting ready to leave for the day , I see the wrench symbol light up on my instrument cluster. i logged into the app and it shows Powertrain Malfunction/Reduced Power …

How many of y’all subscribe to The Bronco Nation?

I’m curious how many of y’all pay the annual fee to The Bronco Nation? I really like the community on this site so don’t get me wrong on that. You get some benefits by subscribing to The Bronco Nation but it’s mostly discounted merchandise.

I had some issues with my membership when I first got my Bronco Sport but now that that’s sorted out and I went to look at membership, it’s $60/year compared to the $25 I thought it was.
