Control Module Failure
In December, our BSBL had a powertrain failure, vehicle not in park, set parking brake before exiting, yellow wrench message. This happened over 2 days every time we slowed. After 4 days we arrived for our appointment.
Three weeks later the BS was returned. The dealer could find nothing wrong and deduced it was a weak battery. Replaced with a new AGM battery, no charge.
January 7, same warning lights directly after driving 2 solid hours.

Happy New Year to all. So we went to New Mexico for a couple of weeks, went to the little strip mall and when we drove onto the main street the rear left door swung open, I turned back into the next exit and my son got off and closed it and I proceeded to drive onto the main street again, the door swung open again! 50,000km and the transmission is cooked
Took to the dealership and they said the torque converter is the problem.
Luckily still under the powertrain warranty.
2021 Base. It started to jerk when accelerating at all speeds 1 week ago.

2026 BSBL on its way, new front bumper look?
Hello folks, I appreciate the information on this forum. It helped me greatly with decision-making. On 11/05/2025 I ordered a BSBL and have received a total of 3 notices from Ford so far on progress with yesterday’s email reporting that it has been shipped. Estimated delivery to SLC, UT between 01/25/2026 – 01/31/2026. They provided several images and something caught my eye. 8th Gear Shift Speed

On our 2022 Bronco Sport Badlands, I notice it shifts into 8th gear at 63 MPH. This is in normal mode. Seems to hold 7th gear until then. It gets great gas mileage and shifts smooth. Anyone else notice this in the Badlands or First Edition units? I figured it would get in 8th gear around 55 MPH.

I’m debating taking the rear spacer lift off to level the BS I was able to keep the front factory tow-hooks and paint them.
the tires do not rub but there are close at full lock.

I’m debating taking the rear spacer lift off to level the BS I was able to keep the front factory tow-hooks and paint them.
the tires do not rub but there are close at full lock.
