Looking at adding an Auxbeam grill light bar for my 23 Badlands
I’ve been researching and pouring over all the lighting threads and I can’t find one thread (unless I missed it) about Auxbeam light bars. All the threads mention the cube lights only. So my question is, has anyone added an Auxbeam light bar in their grill and if so, how are they? Here are the 3 that I’m looking at, yes I know one is a Rough Country lightbar but that’s one I’m thinking of as well…

Will it work? Most likely. Will it fit? I don’t know. There’s only one way to find out, and that is FAFO. I see the 12.3″ clusters selling on ebay off of wrecked 2025 BS’s for dirt cheap. I just picked one up for $180+tax with free shipping. I am not too concerned with the programming part as I don’t think that will be too difficult. Does 2.0L engine use cylinder deactivation like the 1.5?
Anyone know if the 2.0 uses cylinder deactivation like the 1.5? And if so, does one of the optional driving modes (like Sport) deactivate the deactivation?
I got stuck in snow
Its been melting like crazy so I knew there wouldnt be much snow however what remained was hard and easy to walk on without breaking through. The big test was crossing the grader berm at the start so I figured if it stopped me then I wouldnt push my luck. I climbed right over it no problem because it was so hard packed and continued for about a quarter mile still in normal mode.
