Brazilian 2025 Bronco Sport FORScan experience — mirror tilt, one-touch global close, Auto Start-Stop, and the mysterious sunroof accessory
This is my first post here, although I have already learned a lot from reading the forum. Greetings from Brazil!
I recently bought a Brazilian-spec 2025 Bronco Sport Badlands 2.0L and decided to explore FORScan after discovering that Ford Brazil charges around R$1,700 — approximately US$340 — for an accessory/configuration package that supposedly adds remote control for the windows and sunroof.

Driver door locking mechanism not working
1) I’m not a car person but am trying to become one. So with that caveat, is this an easy DIY project for a beginner or should I just go to an actual mechanic
2) Can anyone share with me anything they have that may be helpful, youtube videos, the technical docs…
I drive a 2024 Bronco Sport Big Bend. The driver door locking/unlocking mechanism isn’t working. I’ve done enough research to recognize I probably need to replace the actuator. However I cannot find a good DIY video to help me.

Leaking water pump?
I have a ’23 Outer Banks (1.5). I notice I have to add anti-freeze to the reservoir lately. I’m guessing that I’m having a water pump problem. My vehicle is over 3 years old with 19000 miles. Was there ever a recall for a water pump or is it strictly a warranty issue. If I can’t get it repaired by the dealer with a recall, I’ll take it to my local mechanic and save some money. What are my op

A lot of the camping experience comes down to staying organized. When storage space is limited, countertops get cluttered, and gear ends up tangled together, even a relaxing getaway can start to feel a little overwhelming.

Accident FE Bronco – borderline total from insurance?
Rear-ended. door smashed turns out damage to RDU and will need to be replaced. My car was perfect, not even a scratch – over 100k miles. Now I’m trying to understand valuations, and why the insurance company would total before repair – looking for some feedback on value of FE – but for the rear, everything else is perfect. Any feedback ? repair and keep, or total ? I guess I probably will have some nice parts available LOL – or keep and enjoy still.

Bronco Sport transmissions still on backorder?
I’ve got a 2023 Bronco Sport Big Bend and it’s been at the dealership since the end of last month end of June. Long story short the transmission needs to be replaced. I’ve been driving my mom’s jeep since it’s been at the dealership. I’ve got 97k miles on my bronco sport with no other major issues and luckily I bought the extended warranty. Warranty approved of the transmission 2 weeks ago and it’s been a week already since the transmission has been ordered. I’ve read a lot of posts about…
