Hello everyone, the wind chill in southern Ontario this morning is about – 20 C . There is plenty of heat in the front seat area of my BB but my passengers in the rear seat are complaining about a lack of heat back there ! There seems to be no heated air coming out of the rear vent under the centre console (in the summer, this vent supplied plenty of cool air to the rear seat area when the AC was on ). And there seems to be no heat coming from under the front seats towards the rear .

My new 2025 BSBD Sasquatch has the dual control climate control. The AC is turned on when the car is started even though it was off when the car was shut off. It doesn’t matter the outdoor temperature and it is not turned to auto. I looked through the owners manual but it doesn’t help. Any idea why it does this?

Recently the link between the Ford Pass app and my 2025 BSBL SAS quit connecting. I tried updating the software on the app and then the car itself. The app was fine but the car would not update. I called Ford phone service. After working through the evaluation they said it was a hardware issue. I took it to the dealer and the determined the TCU had an error code.
