Had a great day today at the Bronco Off-Roadeo Tennessee. Our guide Corey was a fantastic guide and gave us lots of knowledge on what the sport can do, then made us do them. Thus is a great class for everybody

P0496 EVAP Purge Valve Replacement
I ordered a new EVAP purge valve assembly and replaced it this weekend. If you have been wondering what all the tubing on the top of the engine is for, it is the EVAP purge valve assembly.

I have been encountering a MIL (Check Engine Light) with a P0496 code. I had the dealer replace the EVAP purge valve assembly 2-1/2 years ago. Along with the MIL, after filling the fuel tank it has been very hard to start.

HOMEMADE BEEF STICK (Makes 5 Rolls)
5 pounds ground beef, not too lean
2-1/2 teaspoons tender quick curing salt
2-1/2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
2-1/2 teaspoons mustard seed
2-1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon hickory smoke salt

RC Fender Flares
Alright I bought the RC pocket flare kit and I’m working on installing but they seem a little loose/ not flush. Followed the directions exactly as stated. Wondering if I should use an adhesive? Double sided 3m doesn’t seem to be working that great. Does anyone have tips?

Rhino-Rack Eye Bolts with zwifloc fasteners
After waiting five months on back order the Rhino-Rack eye bolt/zwifloc fastener 4pc set was finally delivered today. These are for my Rhino-Rack Sportz cross bars. Simply drop in channel and tighten, connect and tighten straps and good to go.

Low speed shudder
My ’22 BS/OB developed a shudder at very low speed – less than 5 MPH, around 18K miles. Lived with it as I also had a bad RDU . RDU was replaced, shudder still there. Took to dealer for regular service, at 22K miles, so I paid for transmission fluid replacement. I don’t drive much so I reach maintenance intervals based on time not mileage. The fluid was original, so replaced at 43 months. Service guide says 36 months or 48K miles. I spoke to shop transmission expert, and he said…

2025 bumper mount rally lights with custom bracket

Had a custom light bracket made by a local shop mounting directly to the existing bronco bolts. Had them put channel grooves in the top to mount thru so lights can be adjusted left and right as preferred. Used silicone gasket behind the mount to preserve the metal on the bumper. Can confirm that the exposed green wire just inside the front left fender well is a hot wire to toggle switch #2. Just connect the lights hot wire there and ground the other.…

Rough Country Fender Flares
Hello all! I wanted to make sure to spread the information regarding the fender flares from rough country. I am 100% satisfied and the quality is on par to the ones from FORD. $200 cheaper though and the fit is amazing. Took about 2 hours for the install. See attached. Next is the roof rack and then the lift kit!
