2021 Bronco sport base Lower control arm removal – pass side front.

Having a bitch of a time getting this control arm out … appears that a bolt that is supposed to go thru the arm is covered by a box frame of sorts … cant even see a bolt in there (althought there has to be) … took as much apart as i could think of and yet no movement ….. If theres a trick i am missing let me know

Will a 2021–2024 1.5L EcoBoost engine work in a 2025 Bronco Sport?

Hello everyone,

I bought a 1.5L 3-cylinder EcoBoost engine from a 2021–2024 Bronco Sport, but it has a different wiring and tubing layout compared to my 2025 model. Mechanically, it looks like it could fit, but I’m not sure if the electronics, sensors, and ECU will be compatible.

Has anyone tried swapping a 2021–2024 engine into a 2025 Bronco Sport? Will the ECU accept it, or are there issues with wiring/harness differences?

Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated…

2021 Bronco Sports Starting Up On It’s Own

My Bronco has started up at least three times in the last week in the middle of the night while I am sleeping. I live alone and my key fobs are by themselves on a shelf and my iPhone is shut off. If it wasn’t for my security camera recording the incident I never would have noticed. Has anyone else experienced that problem.? Gas is not cheap.  

Wipers Sit in the Void!

Have any other snow dwellers had their BS wipers encased in ice under the back of the hood? I’m shocked at the size of the void that house the wiper blades. I can’t see a way of raising the blades in the event of a freezing rain or as it was last week, a wet snow that froze over night. I would love to hear some hacks that other BS owners have used to deal with this.

Hello from New Brunswick. I have a 24 BS Big Bend with the Black Diamond package, as well as the convenience package and trailer tow package.
Replaced my 2020 Ranger. Kept the same colour though – Shadow Black. The only thing I wasn’t fussy about were the wheels that came with the offroad Continental tires, so I picked up a set of gloss black rims and will use the factory ones for my winter tires. Doesn’t look half bad!  

I am being asked to trade in my 23 badlands for a 25

I am being offered lower rate lower payments says salesman. I can trade in my ’23 with 20,300 km, and get better finance rates (0 or 1.99%), and without the SAS package have payments potentially be lower. I could get the SAS package and hopefully be the same. I am just wondering if I could get 15,ooo for my vehicle (39000 trade in – with the 10,000 I originally put down and about 22,000 in payments). Does 15,000 sound logical for a net trade in value?

Do all 2021 bronco sport badlands 2.0L have a steel oil pan?  

Does anybody know the part number for this rubber foot?

For almost 2 years now I’ve been driving with this rubber foot missing from one of the legs of the cargo management system. Because of this, the leg does not snap into the shelf/rack/whatever you want to call it and sometimes bounces around while I drive. I’ve tried looking before for the part number, but have had no luck. No clue if they’re even is a part number. Anybody know by chance? I’m sure I could jerry rig some thing but I wanted to look at least a little decent.
