Picked up a matching wheel, jack/lug wrench/strap, and tpms from ebay. Tire from discount tire. Finally the mounting stud and wheel nut from a Ford parts online place.
I tried one of the universal spare tire wheel nut with bolt on it from Amazon, but the bolt was completely the wrong size, all this to say, get the Ford parts as they are perfect.

It took awhile to get all the parts together for it, but I’m really glad there is room for a full size spare.
