Fordpass remote start does not turn on heat or heated seats?

Hello Community can anyone help me with my 2024 Bronco Sport Badlands with Sync 3.4. When using the Fordpass remote start, neither the heat nor the heated seats activate. I have tried both the “Auto” settings and the “Last” settings to no avail. This is pretty frustrating and the Ford dealer told me that my vehicle didn’t come with remote start on the key fob so there is nothing that they can do.
