Ford says they’ll reimburse you if you paid to have one repaired, will repair it for free if you’ve had one fail or replace it for free up to 15 years or 150K miles.
I haven’t had a MIL or a Wrench Light, which apparently triggers the warranty, so I’m supposed to keep this letter for 15 years or 150K in case it fails. I’m unlikely to hit 150K even if I keep the BS that long given I’ve got a 12-year-old…
Anyone else get a notice? What’s a transmission molded leadframe? Anyone have one fail?
