I just got back from driving the 2025 Bronco Sport Badlands at the Maryville, TN Off-Rodeo. Of course, we had properly optioned 2025 Badlands to drive. So i brought my 2025 bronco sport into the dealer to have it checked and they said they found that the CCM module bracket was broken. My question is, is there a diagram somewhere that i can see where that is located or is there someone that can show me where abouts it is? I would like to replace it myself because im not paying the completely mental price they quoted me to replace it.

25S61/25S62: I already inspected my cylinder head and it was not included in the original recall. Looks like they may have expanded the build date range to November 15, 2024 through April 7, 2025, which now includes my build date.
25C02: Not sure what the cluster recall is about. Maybe the failure to illuminate reported problem.
25S52: I don’t have a block heater.
25H03: Looks like I am eligible for a free set of plugs. Might be tied…

Paint chips
So I was getting ready to wash my car and doing a few spot cleans the other day. Noticed some paint chips in areas that are not even high traffic areas. You can see the two paint chips on the front surrounding the lights are in identical spots on both sides, and then surrounding the back left tail light. When I replaced them, I tried the new AT4W’s in the stock Badlands size. They are a heavier tire with a stiffer sidewall and the ride quality reflects that. I am a huge fan of the OE Falken Wildpeak AT3’s. Quiet, comfortable ride, excellent traction in all conditions including snow. They wore evenly for 40,000 miles with some meat left.

Bad Dash Rattle on rough roads and expansion joints in the road anyone else?
It’s driving me crazy if you don’t have the stereo Volume at 13-15? I originally thought it was the plastic vents up close to the windshield but it’s not and some mentioned the Plastic around the Stereo Screen and it’s not that either.It also seems worse when it’s Hotter outside like something is expanding.

10,000 mile update: not a single issue
2025 Outer Banks purchased June 15th, hit 10,000 miles over the weekend and not a single issue with my “little Pony” to date. Thought I had my first fault when the cruise control suddenly stopped working, but ran the windshield washer and it popped right back, damn Florida bugs. LOL
