2021 Sport OBD2 communication failure.
This is the first ford I’ve owned since my 1962 FORD Galaxie XL. Kind of makes me thing that FORD doesn’t equate to “First on race day”. I hate to think “Found on the Road DEAD” might be more likely.

Isn’t it great that FORD puts bad programming in the Gateway Module in the 2021 Bronco Sports that causes the car to fail emissions inspections. It’s interesting that it doesn’t show its ugly head until the initial warranty expires. Seems like an engineered money maker.

Bronco Badlands 2025 Extra Temperature Gauge
My temp gauge is reading 85 degrees outside temp. My weather station is reading 102 degrees. Is there anyway to calibrate the temp gauge for the 2025 Badlands?
Paulina Lake Oregon – first camping Trip with Squatchy

Camping this weekend on East Lake, next to Paulina Lake in the caldera of the Newberry Volcano in Central Oregon. We’ll be right in the obsidian sand on the shore. It’s a magical place. More photos to come but first I’ve got to squeeze all of this into Squatchy . Maybe the espresso machine is overkill?

What was the purpose of adding the 2 extended month license if it doesn’t allow key programming!!! Arghhhh.
So, part of the reason I spent the $69.99 for the adapter was so I could add a new key for my 2019 Ford Escape. An attempt to this yields:

So just gave him first good bath and and noticed when I pulled it out of the garage, the electric fan kicked on at start up cold and as it ramped up (variable speed or soft start ?) it sounded like something was sounding like a spun bearing or something was caught in it. After I pulled back in it seemed worse. Long story short … I spun the fan by hand to see if was audible…
So I just broke the 1k barrier on my 2025. I am conflicted, I wanted to stay in the 100s forever but happy overall.

I have a 23 oxb without a trailer package, I know if you have a trailer package from the factory you get a full size spare as part of the package, but if you didn’t do you have a temp spare or do all oxb come with a full size and some of the other trims only get a full size if you get the trailer package?
