Engine cover for 2.0L 2022 BS Wildtrak

Engine cover for 2.0L 2022 BS Wildtrak
I found the hard to get engine cover for my 2022 BS Wildtrak (LatAm export model destined for Colombia) on AliExpress of all places. Turns out it was from a Chinese Ford dealer. At first it looked on their site like a knock-off, turns out it was the real deal.

Wolf box

Wolf box
I received this in the mail last week and this is the first time I’ve had a chance to use it. I love this tool. This little joker has some power to it. I’ve only been able to clean my laptop, but as soon as the weather hits 60 I’m trying it out on my BRONCO. Thank you Wolfbox!!!

Snowmageddon is Here Again

Snowmageddon is Here Again
I know it’s nothing like you see up north, but then again we don’t have a snow plow in sight. We got about 2” of sleet, ice fog and snow Saturday night along with temps in the teens at night and mid 20s in the daytime. We’re still in the deep freeze and traffic has been nonexistent on our narrow county road.

DIY Push Bar for 2025 Badlands

OK, so since nobody makes an aftermarket push bar for the 2025 Badlands, I’m going to be working with a local company to make a push bar. I’m not sure of how much they’re going to be, or how much interest there is even for one of these, but if anybody is interested, let me know

I do know that the OEM Ford Sasquatch push bar is incredibly expensive as well as in my opinion, quite a bit taller than it needs to be.

My plan is to have these made in 316 stainless with stainless mounting…

Finding parts in 2025 is difficult?

New here. 2021 Ford BSBB. Bought used. Wiper motor went out on Tuesday, spent 3 days stranded at a hotel due to the rain. Went to mechanic on Saturday and no wiper motor anywhere in the area. I called every dealership in 100 miles with a parts department, nothing. May have found one 154 miles away but isn’t open till Monday. Has anyone else noticed that our Bronco parts are scarce and uncommon?

Learned something

If any of you have the Racer TV channel on your cable provided service, there’s a show I watched that was interesting.

It’s called Racers Unchained, where Paul Tracy does in dept interviews of race drivers and other’s from all mediums of racing and the auto industry.

On the show I recorded and watch he interviewed Jim Farley Ford CEO. It was mainly about Ford’s participation in all types of racing.

Was definitely interesting.

I didn’t know this, but some of you may have, Chris Farley…

3W Floor Mats Giveaway | What maintenance have you done for your Bronco Sport this month?

Last time we talked about road trips and found that everyone pays great attention to car maintenance, and pre-trip checks are an essential part of the process (checking tire pressure, rims, car battery, changing oil, etc.). In regular everyday, what vehicle conditions do you guys care about most, for safety reasons or personal hygiene needs?

Let’s share how much monthly vehicle maintenance do you actually do.

Please select the maintenance tasks you have already completed or are sure you…

Engine Number

I have a 2022 Badlands down in Baja (Mexican registered and plated) and am looking to sell it but have run into an issue I never have had before. To transfer a car here they want to verify that the engine in the vehicle is the original engine and not a stolen engine. The VIN isn’t enough. Does anyone know where I can find it for the inspector? ChatGPT suggested driver side but its supposed to be on the side of the block and I can barely see that.

TIA

Looking for a front bumper retainer nut…

I tore the plastic front bumper cover retainer nuts out of their positions while backing out of some snow and cannot for the life of me find replacements. These are the rectangular metal clips that hold the bottom of the front bumper cover in place so that it does not sag. They are NOT the U shaped clips that slide over the body and receive plastic rivets, such as those on the wheel wells.

I have rigged a temporary replacement using nylon retaining nuts but want the OEM metal clips. For…
