2023 BS outer banks tow hooks??
In trying to get her unstuck, I realized there are no attachment points for a strap like there are on the Badlands model.
Anyone install hooks on the front of their BS?
From what I’ve read the Badlands has different mounting points behind the bumper…
Thoughts, ideas??
Yesterday, driving home from work, my wife got stuck in the snow in her BS OB.

Front bumper

Has anyone found a front bull guard/ nudge bar, or modified the bumper to install one? Have a 2025 sport big bend, it has a steel plate with nowhere to mount it.
OEM brush guard bolts interfere with recovery points

The brush guard mounting bolts extend farther than really necessary. As delivered, the exposed threads can interfere with soft shackles and potentially abrade or cut into them under load. It’s really not ideal.

I have a 2025 Badlands Sasquatch with the factory brush guard mounted to the front recovery points. I’m getting my recovery gear sorted for an upcoming road trip and noticed something worth sharing.

FYI: 25+ 2.0L new engine, different oil filter
This may be old news but I hadn’t seen it mentioned anywhere and I nearly bought…
The 2025 Bronco Sport Badlands features an updated 2.0L EcoBoost engine, transitioning from the previous series EcoBoost to new Modular Power Cylinder (MPC) Ecoboost specifications for improved performance. So not surprisignly it uses a different oil filter than the previous 2.0L EcoBoost engine. the MPC engine uses Ford part number FL-2127 filters, NOT the 2.0L FL-910S filter from the EcoBoost 2.0L

Idle Off
I was waiting for my wife at the airport flashers on, idling for over a half hour. After 20 minutes or so, I received a message in the display notifying me the car will turn off automatically in minutes unless I choose to Override the prompt. Which I did. Has anyone else seen this message.?

Does anyone have experience with the Nokan nAT all terrain tires?
There aren’t a lot of reviews, but the ones I’ve seen seem to be pretty positive. I’ve been thinking of giving these a try when I need to replace mine. Nokian is known for their winter tires and I’m wondering how these do on things like shale rock, sand, and even mud if anyone has any personal experience.
Bronco Sport Block Heater – Cord Rerouting
Regarding the block heater. I don’t think a real solution has been posted elsewhere…. I don’t understand Ford’s decision on the location of the block heater power cord. It’s useless. The user manual says to keep hood open when plugging in the block heater. Even if just closing the hood with one click means the remote start for the vehicle will not function. Totally useless for Northern…

Not just where without restriction (lottery/FU money wishes), but where that you’re making an honest effort to make happen.
