Anyone order a 2025 Bronco Sport and received their build Date?

I ordered mine the end of August and have not received my build date yet, just wondered if anyone has received their build date yet?

So I was able to squeeze 255/75r17 nitto trail grapplers on this. I have some rubbing to still attend to but overall. HAPPY ?

what do y’all think about my stuffed sport?
The pic of the cactus grey is my moms big bend. She is 100% stock and I’m about 5” taller with the lift and tires. Definitely doesn’t look like a mom bronco anymore.

Does this combo of wheels / tires / lift make sense?

Hello, I’ve done a bit of reading and research on the forum, and just wanted to sense-check my plans to lift my bronco and put some new wheels on.
For reference, I have a 2024 OB, currently running stock 18” rims with Michelin 225/60/R18 tires.

Am I cutting things a bit close here, or does this look reasonable for clearances and scrub radius etc.?

Specs:
Wheels: 18×8.5, 42mm offset
Tires: 235/65/18
Lift: HRG 1.5”
Spacer: Hubcentric 38mm

I don’t want to overly compromise the…

I just did the USB Update for the 2023 Badlands w/Nav
I think I’ve seen this before here but

I can not use the update for my 2023 Badlands w/Nav for my 2022 Bigbend no NAV

So looks like I need to do an update specifically for the Bigbend no NAV

It does appear I need to update the 2022 Bigbend from what I see on the screen

OB/BL black roof: Who hates ‘em?

The only thing that bugs me about the Outer Banks and Badlands trims is that we’re forced into the black roof. I think it’s a misstep on Ford’s part, particularly in the desert Southwest. More than just making it harder to keep things cool in our (ever longer) summers, it’s a dirt magnet.

Anyone opt for a lower trim because of that? Have your OB/BL roof wrapped in body color? Just wish Ford made it an option for all trims?

Ford Bronco 1.5 liter engine and transmission leak.

Hello. I have a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport Outer Banks with the 1.5 liter. It only has 17,000 miles. I asked my husband to change my oil. He advised he found that the oil pain bolts were wet with oil. He inspected more and found that the oil leak was coming from the timing chain cover gasket. Or from the rtv gasket maker they used. He also found that the transfer case was leaking from where the cv axle inner joint connects to the transmission. Also, the transmission oil cooler may have a leak as…

2023 Badlands air recycle

While driving down the road with the air set to recycle, I have found that the recycle button light goes off and the outside air is filling car again. Has anyone experienced this issue.

Engine Mounts Replacement

I have been experiencing a “clunk” when going over bumps and a “rattle” when the vehicle restarts using auto start-stop.

I ordered all three engine mounts and found the lower torque arm was bad. I ended up replacing all three anyway.

I have 140,000 miles on the OB. I have been experiencing torque converter shudder. This could have contributed to the torque arm failure.
