Sport on a ferry

I have officially “floated” my 2023 Badlands
by taking my Sport on the Balboa Island Ferry in Newport Beach. This small ferry has operated since 1919 and only takes 3 cars. The trip is only 2-3 minutes long. I was sitting in my car and only have a video from inside.

Who here can 3D print me something?

I need a simple spacer made. Nothing extravagant. I just can’t find anything anywhere. I’d rather pay someone in here to make me one.

Most tedious lift process

Ive done a couple of lift kits to generally know what to do. And have definitely caught on pretty quick on how to slap them on in a day and call it. But my BS was NOT like that at all, I spent a good 6 hours mangling around the strut and to line up with the spacer and strut mount. I JUST finished my driver side and have called it for the night. Was user error or was this just unreasonably tedious for some of yall too?

4wd Problem

Started up after clocking out only to find a 4WD Fault Service Required Error, took it to the local Ford but couldn’t get in for a week, they advised it wasn’t a problem to keep driving.
Hooked it up to my scanner at home and got the following DTCs.
4WD/AWD Power Transfer Unit Position Sensor A.
4WD/AWD Power Transfer Unit Position Sensor B.
4WD/AWD Power Transfer Unit Position Temperature Sensor.
Anyone had any Same / Similar problems, and what the fix was, I’m still under warranty so not…

2026 Bronco Sport Outer Banks Pricing

With the issues of Ford removing some features from the 2026 BS, I decided to look at the price difference between my 2025 OB and a 2026 OB. To my surprise the 2026 is lower priced by $1650. I still would like the features retained but at least the price has been lowered to compensate.

Removing fog light cover plates on 2025 BB

I have a 2025 Big Bend with Black Diamond package that did not come with fog lights. There are cover plates where they belong. I am wondering if anybody has removed the cover plates to install their own lights. I don’t want to force anything and end up breaking plastic. I am also assuming I can wire them up to one of the AUX switches. Thanks in advance.
