’21 BS Outerbanks, Fan rattking sound on D(rive)
I’m having an issue with my 2021 Bronco Sport Outer Banks (about 80k miles).
When the vehicle is in Drive and stopped at a red light, I hear a rattling noise at idle or under ~2,000 RPM. The sound seems to be coming from the front of the vehicle, possibly the radiator / cooling fan area.
The noise goes away as soon as I start accelerating and only happens while stopped in Drive. It does not occur in Park or while driving.

2025 December recall.
I am now sitting at the dealer’s having my recall service done. This is the software update to fix screen issues.
I got a letter in the mail last week. Issue, “your vehicle may display a blank instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) upon start up.” Etc.
I asked the Service guy if this has manifested in any vehicles he knows of? (High volume dealer and service center).
He said, “no, none.” ” but they issued a safety recall so we will follow that.”
This is supposed to take about 4 hours…

The Diode Dynamic rear led bulbs are so expensive, almost $160 for two sets of mid range bulb after taxes and shipping . Any alternatives that can be suggested? 25 Bronco Sport Outer Banks. Thanks

First post here so bare with me… Bought a New 25 Badlands, I take only short trips 1-2 times a week and store in a cold garage, it’s time to install a NOCO 5 Genius with M10 eyelet connect. Looking for install advice/experience as the install points are not quite as simple as my 24 Mustang. Much needed as these vehicles get moody without a strong battery.

I thought maybe it was my tire inflator rattling, I’ve got a Milwaukee inflator that I keep tucked up close to the rear seat back, so I removed that. Noise persisted. So I ended up taking the few things in the vehicle out that I thought could be possible culprits. Noise was still there.
