🔧 Stumped — rear end noise, but bearings check out fine

Newish tires (6mths and 6k miles old)
Recently noticed a mechanical noise and vibration from the rear end — not road noise. It seems loudest around 30 mph and changes with speed. With 105k miles on the clock, I figured classic wheel bearing failure, so I ordered a pair of hub/bearings. While I wait for them to show up (over a week for standard shipping from Texas to New England ), I pulled both rear tires to inspect the brakes.

Front LED letter swap
Finally got the back ordered letters from Oracle. Install was about 90 minutes, taking my time. I used Aux switch 2 since the wire was under the hood and close to the fuse box. I covered the original letters with some front grille inserts from Cherocar. Pretty happy with the look now that I redesigned the brush bar.
Window Controls – Replaced and Odd Issue
Everything was still working, just the plastic top was broken off.
I ordered part# LJ6Z-14529-CA SW-8563 and verified that is what I actually received. Genuine Motorcraft part.
I put it in just now, and the front left window won’t respond at all and the mirrors won’t respond either.

Everything was still working, just the plastic top was broken off.

Felt liner replacement??

The felt liner on my 25 BS Badlands w/Sasquatch pckg, got torn by something that fell off another vehicle on the highway, I went off-roading shortly after and it got worse. I cut off the piece that was dragging and now it’s tearing more. I don’t really want to cables and such exposed but don’t want to replace with another felt liner. It’s on the driver’s side but more under the driver and rear seating area. What have you all found to replace that?
