Muffler replace 1.5L

Has anyone replaced the 1.5 stock muffler only with something from Magnaflow or other muffler manufacturers. Would be much cheaper than an entire axle or catback system.  

BSH is in storage !

I bought my 2025 BSH on June 5, 2026.
Shorty after I was diagnosed with Cancer.
Since then BSH has been sitting in my garage.
Its like

long term storage.
I’ve hooked it up to a trickle charger.My question is:
What other things should I do to maintain it ?

Aftermarket Exhaust for both 1.5 and 2.0

Recently I have seen several bronco sport owners ask questions about aftermarket exhaust systems. We have owned our sport for 11 months and have 21500 miles on it. There are three companies making the add on exhaust…all designed to give more of a throaty sound with out being a fake sound like when in sport mode. Spark plug torque on 1.5L 2021 Bronco Sport Bad Lands

Hi All,

I’m new here, looking for advise as I can not find a real answer on the internet or in the owners manual. What is the torque spec on the 1.5L 2021 Bronco Sport spark plugs. Planning to replace them tomorrow morning along with coil packs at 80k miles.

De-Badging My 2025 Outer Banks

I supose I’m different, but I’m not wild about the BS badging on the front and back. Can I take it off with the heat gun-fishing line trick or is it more firmly affixed?  

2025 BS Dashcam Solution

I have viewed several threads on this but figured I would start a fresh one in June 2026. Understand that the accessory USB C outlets time out at 45 minutes so I am looking for a good dashcam that can preferably be mounted on something that can attach to The Rubigrid i.e., ball, GoPro mount, etc. and will not overheat before the timeout.

Also, the camera needs to work upside down.

I don’t want to adjust the timeout settings.  

Ford App ver 6.15.0 Having Known Issues per Ford

I have noticed several issues with the Ford app ver 6.7.0 for iOS.

The first one is related to recalls and CSP. My fuel injector recall 25S76 disappeared. Also the previous CSP is gone.

Today the Ford app tells me that I have 0% left on my oil life and need an oil and filter change right away. I checked the oil life in the vehicle and it is at 11% life left.

The oil life in the vehicle and in the Ford app has always been the same.

I believe something is not right with the Ford app ver…

I was browsing Amazon for some storage solutions and came across a pair of rear window storage bags. So, naturally, I had to purchase them. I just put them in, and they fit pretty well. Now, I just need to fill them up with a few off roading essentials.
