2021 Bronco Sport 62,000 mi. Catastrophic Engine Failure.
Has anyone had an issue with their 2020+ Bronco Sport experiencing sudden and catastrophic Engine failure? Took the grandkids to a movie Saturday night, Sunday morning my engine seized up. Had it towed to local Ford dealership. They told me the engine is locked up, water in the oil. $14,000 engine replacement, and sorry about your luck, “You’re 2,700 miles outside of warranty.” Dealership said there’s nothing they can do. I had the cash, but my wife was worried that she had no credit score activity, so we got a loan for $17K. Trade-in was paid for.
I hated paying interest for no reason. When I was younger paying cash for a car wasn’t always an option. People seem to have no concept of compound interest. They only care about the monthly payment so they’ll stretch the loan out over 7 or even *gasp* 8 years. Pay a lot more…

Anyone attending the 57th Baja 500?
Hello All, I’m considering going to the 57th Baja 500 June 4-8th 2025 starting and ending in Ensenada. I’d like to setup further down the race line the night before and would be great if other Sport drivers are around.
