Odometer reading going up real fast
Has anyone noticed their odometer going up real fast. The speedometer seems to be accurate. Just picked it up brand new with 6 miles and has been clocking the mileage very fast, highway speeds clock a tenth of a mile every 2 seconds or about 180MPH clip and no it only has 2.0 liter lol. Taking to the dealer tomorrow but was wondering if someone had this occur to them and how it was resolved/what was wrong.
Got a strange issue after dealer completed TSB 25-2143
I picked up my 24 Bronco Sport from the dealer in the beginning of Sept. It currently has 8000 miles on it and was at the dealer for an extended period prior to picking it up while they worked on a couple or rattles near the A pillar. They got the rattles out but while it was in the shop they did TSB 25-2143 which is for the brake moan noise when driving in reverse. The service writer said that the technician thought he heard something coming from the rear brakes. Since new I never…

Need a Ceramic Brake Pad Recommendation, 4/rear
Looking over the Tire Racks selection but willing to get them elsewhere.
Getting my tires rotated and my mechanic calls me over to look at my rear brake pads. A 21k miles I’m down to about 3mm, so it’s time. Rotors not needed, I just want good quality Ceramic pads, for the rear, of my Badlands. I don’t tow or need extra stoping power but I would like to eliminate that ocosional moan when backing up and a little less dust wouldn’t hurt.

New to the forum and Bronco Sport ownership. Picked up a 21 Badlands and started doing my due diligence on digging for common maintenance items not specified in the owners manual. I came from first gen Mini Cooper ownership so wrenching is something I’m not a stranger to at all.

can’t get FORSCAN to work
I purchased the OBDLink MX+
I installed the FORScan
Lite app on my iPad.
Here’s the steps I took to try and get it to work.
1. Start engine
2. Plug in MX+
Green power light is on
Blue Link light is flashing.
3. Start FORSCAN Lite on my iPad.
4. Push the pair button on the MX+
5. Push the green button on the app
After some time I get the message, No adaptotbfound.
What am I doing wrong ?

I’ll piece together something more complete in the coming days with some maps, pics, itinerary, costs, and my thoughts on the experience.
Just got back from the trip, and I’m too shot to post a full report at the mo’. In the meantime, here’s a shot of the final numbers for it. Lots of mountains climbed at speed, and a good stretch in Utah with their glorious 80 MPH speed limits. All 87 Octane and no issues with performance at elevation or speed.
I’ll piece together something more complete in the coming days with some maps, pics, itinerary, costs, and my thoughts on the experience.
Water pump known issue under warranty no recall
Thought we had a radiator leak to find out from the dealer that there is a known issue with the BS water pumps. Get yours checked and replaced while under warranty as there is no recall. I own the BS-OB 2021
