Howdy, My wife has a 2021 Bronco Sport Big Bend and the rear wiper stopped working. If you open the glass on the rear hatch, I can see the motor working, however no wiper. She took it to the dealership and they want $860 to replace the motor – they claim it’s binding. But I can’t even move the rear wiper manually when the rear hatch glass is open – won’t budge. The motor is working and turning the round gizmo in the pic, but no wiper movement. I’m pretty convinced the shaft is seized up…
