Our first year, we made 2 gallons, second year we made 5, third year is the year I got really involved, and we made 19 gallons. Two years ago we got a new evaporator, and decided to go a little more into it and tapped 121 trees and made 43 gallons of syrup. Last year, we tapped 84…
