Exhaust Hanger Stud Fell Out

I had the driver side stud and bolt fall out that holds the hanger for the muffler. Seems strange to me that both the nut and the stud would fall out, but oh well, it’s fixed for now with some wire. The treads where the stud go are a bit rusty, I don’t think it had been like this for long as it was quite noticeable once the muffler was hanging down and I could hear it hitting something on every bump in the road.
