Power on for USB-C in Accessory Tray Bronco Sport Big Bend Black Diamond off with ignition off?

I was wondering it the usb-c ports in the Bronco Sport Accessory try will power off when the ignition is off or are they active all the time …which would lead to a battery drain. Using it to power a radar detector
